OUR BUSINESS HOURS Our technical staff normally work four 10 hour days each week. If there is no rain, they come in at 6:30 and leave about 4:30. If there is a rainy day during the week that prevents lawn applications from being applied, the technicians work on Friday also. Either Neil and I (or both of us) are normally in the office from 6:30 to 5 p.m. The first thing we do each work day morning is check the answering machine for messages. So if you are a "Call Ahead" customer, you can go ahead and leave a message at night or over the week-end and then we can pass your message along to your technician. Due to our call volume during the day, we may be on the phone when you call, but we have three voice lines, so please leave a message and one of us will call you back as soon as we can! Feel free to call or come by for a visit. Email me personally if you'd like! We'd love to hear from you. All questions or emails are answered as soon as possible. Please type "Lawn Care Question" or something relevant in the subject area to assist in keeping your emails from the Spam Blocker. If you don't receive an answer very quickly, please try again just in case your message didn't make it through. Your call or email is important to us and we don't want to miss it.
